Sand Creek Country Club Ownership Transfers to Lake Erie Land

On April 11, 2011, Lake Erie Land Company assumed ownership of Sand Creek Country Club.  The company previously owned the club prior to 2006.

Our goal is to preserve and enhance the club’s value for members and the surrounding community. The Sand Creek community is the premier golf, residential and commercial community in the area, and we plan to keep it that way.

As part of the transfer of ownership, Lake Erie Land is hiring Michael Rippey – with the support of Kitson & Partners Club Services LLC – to continue to manage the club’s operations.  He has managed the club since September 2010. 

Club members should not notice any change of services. In addition, the same friendly staff members you’ve come to know at the club will remain the same.

Does this agreement include other property owned by CDP entities?
The agreement includes other commercial and residential land and lots in the area surrounding Coffee Creek and Sand Creek.  Lake Erie Land now has a complete portfolio of commercial and country club assets in the area.
